We have call center representative positions available for Law Firm in our Mesa office. Starting hourly pay $17.00 an hour with the ability to move up to $20.00 an hour within 6 months plus the opportunity for bonuses up to $3,000 monthly! This position is responsible for collection follow-up on delinquent accounts while providing excellent consumer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Education – High School diploma or GED.
- Background check and drug screening required must all be passed prior to start date.
Knowledge and Skills
- Persuasive and professional communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Work independently and have the ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal aptitude with solid negotiating proficiency.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to meet attendance standards.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
